1. For preparing sun dried sundakkai and manathakkali vathal, soak the sundakkai and manathakkali in soar curd.
2. Add salt to the above and mix it and keep aside
3. After 2 hours take and dry under sun
4. Repeat drying for 4-5 days
5. For preserving food, sun plays main important thing.. just by dehydration all foods can be preserved
6. Like same procedure above we can preserve brinjal, ladies finger also
7. Can be used for more than 6 months
