  • Sour Curd-3tbsp


  • Water--1/4 cup


  • Salt-2tsp

Directions

  • 1. For preparing sun dried sundakkai and manathakkali vathal, soak the sundakkai and manathakkali in soar curd.
  • 2. Add salt to the above and mix it and keep aside
  • 3. After 2 hours take and dry under sun
  • 4. Repeat drying for 4-5 days
  • 5. For preserving food, sun plays main important thing.. just by dehydration all foods can be preserved
  • 6. Like same procedure above we can preserve brinjal, ladies finger also
  • 7. Can be used for more than 6 months
